We have enough eye sores in this town, it's nice that the library can look so nice in a town of our size. The county commission has sent some money the library's way in the past, I don't see why that shouldn't continue. As the one councilman pointed out, the library is in the county and provides a good service. Should we also not fund Blue Valley simply because it also resides in York? I would presume, the people that go to the library also do some shopping in York while they are there. I would like to see a piece with the library director regarding the number of people in other York county cities who utilize the library, as well as how often those people visit or chekc out material.
