Government
The village of Bradshaw is governed by an elected Board of Trustees. Each trustee is elected to a four-year term. The chair is elected from the trustees each December.

The Bradshaw rescue squad is comprised of volunteer certified Emergency Medical Technicians and certified First Responders. 732-6666. Todd Hellerich is chief of the volunteer fire department, located on Lincoln Street across from the park.
