- Food pantry, Blue Valley Community Action—Food and pantry products distributed to families and individuals in emergency situations. 362-3516.

- Head Start—Serves children 3-5 years of age; helps children enter kindergarten ready to learn. Enrollment based on income and needs of family. 362-4299.
- Homeless Assistance—Homeless and individual families can obtain emergency food, clothing, shelter and/or transportation. 362-3516.
- Information and Referral Services—Provides information to the general public regarding services, makes appropriate referrals to community organizations, agencies and other resources and completes follow-up services. 362-3516.

- Mosaic—Provides vocational opportunities, residential training and assisted living for adults with developmental disabilities. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 362-1402, 1021 East.
- Meals on Wheels—Volunteers from 10 churches deliver meals to those in need Monday through Friday around 11 a.m. 362-2180, 220 W. South 21.
- Ministerial Alliance—Coordinates information on local church activities and aids emergency transients. 362-4790
- Mother to Mother Ministry—Provides friendship and a support system focused on single, low-income mothers.
- Nebraska Center for Women—Custody facilities for legal offenders. 362-3317.

- York Crisis Pregnancy Center, Inc.—Provides assistance for physical, emotional, economic and social problems associated with unplanned pregnancies.
