- The Housing Authority offers three different services:
1) The Leisure Home, a facility for low-income disabled, handicapped and elderly people.
2) The Housing Authority builds homes to sell to people of all incomes.
3) The Rental Assistance Program provides financial assistance for people renting privately owned apartments.

The Rural Economic and Community Development Inc., a U.S. government agency, provides four loan and grant programs to finance homes for below-moderate, below-low and very low income people:
1) The 502 Direct Rural Development Loan provides loans for below-low income people.
2) The 504 Direct Rural Development Repair Loan provides loans for very low income people to assist them in repairing a single family home.
3) The 504 Direct Rural Development Grant provides financial assistance for very low income people over the age of 62.
4) The Guaranteed Program Loan provides loans for below-moderate income people.
